By purchasing our Products, creating an account, or visiting our websites, you agree to the practices described here. If you don't agree, please don't use our Products or sites.

- Account information: your email address and login details when you create an account or log in to a Product (for example, via a magic-link email).

- Communications: messages you send us, support requests, survey responses, and testimonials you choose to share.
Payment information Payments are processed by ThriveCart and its payment partners (such as Stripe and PayPal). We do not receive or store your full credit card number. We receive limited details from ThriveCart about your order and subscription status (for example, your name, email, product purchased, and whether your payment is active, cancelled, or refunded).
Information collected automatically
- Device and usage data such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and dates and times of access.
- Cookies and similar technologies (see Section 7).
- For accounts, the date you last accessed a Product, so we can manage access and support.
3. How we use your information

- Process orders, deliver Products, and grant, manage, and end your access
- Manage subscriptions, billing status, cancellations, and refunds
- Create and maintain your account and keep it secure
- Provide customer support and respond to your requests
- Send transactional emails (receipts, login links, access and billing notices, important updates)
- Send marketing emails, only where allowed by law and with an easy way to unsubscribe
- Improve our Products, fix problems, and understand how they're used
- Prevent fraud and abuse, and enforce our terms
- Comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations
4. How we share your information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as described below.
Service providers who help us run our business, and who may only use your information to provide services to us. Depending on the Product, these include:
- Airtable: where a Product connects to an Airtable base you own, and for our internal customer records
- ThriveCart: checkout, payment processing, order management, and affiliate tracking
- Payment processors used through ThriveCart
- Email service providers: to send transactional and marketing emails
- Technology providers: companies that host our software and databases, handle account sign-in, send login emails, and monitor errors so we can fix problems
- Anthropic: only if you use a Product's AI features (see Section 5)
Legal reasons and protection. We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of us, our customers, or others.
Business transfers. If we're involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We'll let you know if this changes how your information is handled.
With your consent or at your direction.
5. Software Products and AI features
Some of our Products are software applications. For these:
- Your data stays yours. Information you enter or connect is used to provide the Product to you, not to advertise to you or to sell.
- Connected accounts. If a Product connects to a third-party service you control (such as your own Airtable base), we store the credentials you provide so the Product can work. These credentials are encrypted at rest. You can disconnect them at any time in your Product settings. We may store temporary copies (a cache) of the data we retrieve so the Product runs faster.
- AI features. Where a Product offers AI features, you may supply your own API key from an AI provider such as Anthropic. When you use these features, the relevant content is sent to that provider to generate a response, and that provider's own terms and privacy policy apply to how it handles the data. We don't use your content to train AI models.
- Third-party services are your responsibility. Your accounts with services like Airtable or Anthropic are governed by those companies' terms and privacy policies.
6. Data retention
We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Products. We may keep some information longer to meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When you delete your account, we delete or anonymize your account data, except what we're required or permitted to keep (for example, order and payment records).
7. Cookies and tracking technologies
We and our providers use cookies and similar technologies to keep you logged in, remember preferences, process checkout, and understand how our sites and Products are used. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking some cookies may affect how the Products work.
8. Your choices and rights
- Access, correction, deletion: you can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information by emailing us. Many Products also let you update your information or delete your account in settings.
- Marketing emails: click "unsubscribe" in any marketing email, or email us. You'll still receive necessary transactional messages.
- Subscriptions: you can cancel a subscription through your Product settings, your ThriveCart receipt or account, or by contacting us.
If you live in California, Colorado, Virginia, Connecticut, or another U.S. state with a privacy law, you may have additional rights, including the right to know what we collect, request deletion or correction, opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information or targeted advertising, and not be discriminated against for exercising your rights. We don't sell personal information. To exercise your rights, email us. We may need to verify your identity first, and you may use an authorized agent to make a request.
If you're in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or Switzerland, you have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to our processing of your data, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. You may also complain to your local data protection authority. Our legal bases for processing are performing our contract with you, our legitimate interests in running and improving our business, your consent (for example, for marketing), and compliance with legal obligations.
9. International transfers
We're based in the United States, and our service providers may process data in the U.S. and other countries. If you're located outside the U.S., your information will be transferred to and processed in places that may have different data protection laws than your country. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for these transfers.
10. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encryption of sensitive credentials and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security. Please use a strong, unique password where a Product uses one, and keep your login details private.
11. Children's privacy
Our Products are intended for adults and businesses, and are not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 in some regions). We don't knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we'll delete it.
12. Third-party links
Our Products and sites may link to other websites or services. We're not responsible for their privacy practices, so please read their policies.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you by email or through the Product. Continuing to use the Products after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.
14. Contact us
If you have questions or requests about this Privacy Policy or your information, please email us at support@wendymuzzy.com.
